24 participants will spend the weekend in Bear Lake exploring, serving, connecting, and nourishing each other's best selves. Retreat includes; accommodations, all meals and snacks excluding dinner on the day you arrive, group coaching sessions with Master Life Coach Lindsey Shumway focused on helping you explore how to create the life of your dreams, an invigorating excursion, expert guided morning movement & meditation, workshops on money and beauty, and a watercolor art experience.
